This course is aimed at anyone working in the night-time economy such as hospitality, the hotel industry, food and drink industry, and local businesses, who want to understand the issue of Child Sexual Exploitation, and how they can respond to any concerns that they have.
By the end of the course, those attending will be have considered:
- What is ‘child sexual exploitation’
- Ways that children become involved and what happens to them
- Some of the warning signs that might tell them that a child is at risk or being abused
- Some of the warning signs that might tell them that an adult or child is a danger to others
- What they should and can do if they are worried about a child or adult
